Collectively Blogging

Jordan 1s urban Vintage

Welcome to the Official Reyes Collective Blog. First and foremost, we thank you for navigating through our site and hope you find something of interest. As of right now the Collective consists of: Joe Reyes (Founder), Nate Evans (IT Director), and Jyles Carley (Content Director).

About The Brand:

Joe Reyes, is one of our very own, a Rochester native. Reyes found the inspiration for the brand by noticing the immense amount of talent in the 585. As the definition of “collective” states, we wish to come together with numerous creatives in the area and collaborate in different ways moving forward. Conceptually, the Collective is a dynamic established for not only the team members, but also for all of our patrons. The influence behind the brand stems from a multitude of sources; including our experiences living in Rochester, as well as many different creatives that have left their mark on the fashion and sneaker industry. Throughout our collections you will see nods to some of our favorites, such as Takashi Murakami, Brian Donnelly, Jerry Lorenzo, Kanye West and more…

 Collection Updates:

RESTOCK ALERT- On May 31st we restocked two of our sought after pieces from the Spring ‘21 collection. We Restocked the Vintage Stone Angel Tee in both the black and grey renditions of the t-shirt. SUMMER ‘21- Kicking off the first summer after a long COVID-19 quarantine, we have some bright things in store for all members and hopefully future members of the Collective. This drop will be heavily influenced by Murakami and feature colors we see fit a great summer get-up. Keep an eye out for updates on what we have planned for our Summer ‘21 collection. Release date: June 21st (date may vary)

Collectively Outfitted:

As of recently, the sneaker and fashion culture has taken off tremendously with thanks to many celebrities and social media influencers. Travis Scott has been seen wearing different classic Nike Dunk colorways, which can be directly correlated with the increasing hype of the sneaker. Jordan Retro 1 High’s have also been catching a lot of buzz in the sneaker world. That’s what makes these two shoes a perfect combination for the Stone Angel Tee restock.

Below we have our Vintage Stone Angel Tee in both color schemes paired with a recent Jordan 1 High release that can still be found at a decent price in the resell market. The Shadow 2.0’s are a release that is currently being slept on, but similar to other Jordan 1’s, the price will continue to increase. The sneaker and tee combination can be complimented with a pair of short-shorts for the summer. Links to find both our Tee, and the Retro 1’s are below
