Nature In The City 2021 Recap

art collective community pop-up

The first annual Nature In The City took place on July 2nd at the beautiful Rochester Public Market. We like to thank Hayley and Alexander for the opportunity to join such an event. Arriving at Nature In The City to set up was a great experience. Being able to meet and interact with the other creatives was inspiring hearing their stories and struggles of being an artist. There were many different aspects of art touched at this event, whether it being woodsmanship, paintings, craft work and much more…

The food network scene at the event was provided by Dusenbergroc. , ran by Myles (Hayley’s brother). In talking with Myles, and learning more about their brand, he describes themselves: “The Dusenberg is an upscale car dating back to The Great Gatsby, and we figured we bring upscale vibes to the street like the car.” no doubt they brought the vibes especially with the fried pickles! Be sure check them out on their Instagram: Dusenbergroc20

In regards to having us there, we feel as if the Nature In The City event fits our brand's motto of being part of the collective. The gathering of all the artists helped the event come together -- done by people acting as a group. The Collective is pleased to announce we are having a special drop designed specifically for the event in which a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Flower City Arts.
